I think that the hottest part of this cropped photograph depicting a man wearing nipple clamps are the words “Love Pain” written on his abdomen. The belly button barbell piercing is a nice touch, too. This photo is part of a set of similar photographs on Flickr. (Thanks, Ranat!) Evidently, there’s even a whole Flickr group devoted to nipple clamps, but (sadly for us) the majority of photos depict submissive women. -maymay
