Nearly naked and tied down over a bondage bench of sorts, a man calmly closes his eyes. His jeans are rolled down to his calfs and the rope binding him is wrapped around his boots. This fantastic image comes from Derek Isme, who said that “the rolled down jeans make the picture for me.” They’re a nice touch to be sure, though I’d have been just as happy if he were completely naked because the rest of the photo is so beautiful. Derek says the boy’s face has a “look of resigned acceptance,” but to me it looks more like one of serene bliss. Of course, that could just be one of my wishful projections again, as that’s probably how I’d feel if I were to be in this position. -maymay
