Barbed wire encircles a man’s erect penis and right arm and hand, which rests on his naked torso. There are so many things that barbed wire can signify, as can sexual arousal. To me, it was the fact that both this man’s hand and penis are covered by the barbed wire that made this photograph interesting enough with a submissive context to post. If it were just his hand or just his penis, I think it would feel too much like weaponry rather than bondage. Now, being somewhat less than artistically motivated, I tend to fantasize about the literal act of being bound in barbed wire when I see this picture, but I’m sure there are others who have different reactions. -maymay (via littlemisterman)
