Kneeling in front of a stone wall, a man with a bloodied back is shackled and collared to an O-ring protruding from the wall above him.
This drawing is one that’s reflective of some of my darker fantasies. I like it because there’s a subtlety beyond the obvious harshness of the marks on his back in it. If you look carefully, you’ll note that while it’s possible for him to stand given the lengths of the two chains he is bound with, it’s not possible for him to lie down. This means that his most restful position is the kneeling position shown here—endurance at an extreme.
