A shirtless man’s chain leash is held in the gloved hands of a woman standing over him.
I’m not entirely sure what to make of this man’s facial expression, but I do like the position of his hands—twisted inwards as though they were pigeon-toed. Similarly, I’m not entirely certain what the photographer’s intent regarding the woman’s presence could be here, but she seems pleasantly assertive an comfortably-dressed enough not to offend my sensibilities. Most of all, I like that none of the submissive man and some of the dominant woman is cropped in this photograph, making it primarily about him, which is a refreshing change of subject matter for most fashion photography.
