This is a sexy picture Steffi sent to us from a personal collection, so first a thank you for sharing! Cages can conjure many feelings and fantasies, but this photograph makes me think of the associations and the very blurry line between pets and property. I guess this has something to do with the sign that I imagine reads “This side up” on the side of the cage in German (German, right?) Norwegian (thanks, Ranai). Fantasies of being a pet as well as fantasies of being property are two very common ones for me, and mixing the two together is an equally exciting prospect; perhaps this man’s owner enjoyed him but has now chosen to resell him? -maymay
