This 11 minute clip from the German movie Punish Me presents a BDSM relationship in what is without doubt the most intriguing and (potentially, if not actually) plausible depiction of reality I have ever witnessed from a (clip of a) film. Those of you who have been reading for a while will remember me being enamored with this pretty young boy when I first posted a still image from this movie.
I found this clip via Bitchy Jones’s recent blog post, in which she says, “I really like the slow quietness of it. I think that really captures something.” The most striking aspect of it for me came in the very last minute of the video clip, in which the submissive man is shown comforting the dominant woman. More videos should show that part; it’s so important.
