Sexiness is about much, much more than just what other people say about you. It also has to do with self-expression informed by self-identity, and implies the presence of many sexual rights including, but not limited to, the right to pursue a satisfying, safe and pleasurable sexual life.
Despite the freedoms we have today, many people are still a long, long way from feeling safe when expressing their sexual desires. Worse, many are so pressured not to even think about these things that they don’t even have a firm understanding of what would satisfy them.
That’s why I absolutely love the pride, confidence, and sheer sex appeal which the model in this photograph exudes. It is the absolute opposite of the unsexy “forced-feminization” pictures of men in women’s underwear; rather than presenting femininity as though it is somehow less than manliness, as though feminine men are less than men (and, by extension, that women are even less than feminine people with penises) this picture shows just how sexy men’s femininity can be. Also, for serious, he has gorgeous legs.
